  • All full service adventure concierge packages require a $500 non-refundable deposit

    In the event of client cancellation, Outdoor Mavens will retain deposit

    This offering is designed for complex, multi-day adventures or travelers who want all logistics managed from start to finish. Pricing varies based on trip length, destination, and level of coordination required.

    Cancel 61-90 days prior to trip: Full refund, less deposit
    Cancel 31-60 days prior to trip: 100% adventure concierge cost is non-refundable

  • The $950 cost is our consulting fee. This includes the service amenities listed above. This does not include the actual cost of booked adventures.

  • Peace of mind follows with a well planned adventure on the books. We suggest reaching out to OM early rather than later. 6-8 months prior to your trip is a great window to ensure affordable tour pricing and top date selection.

  • Outdoor Mavens has over a decade of experience in the adventure travel world. Our team has backpacked, rafted, climbed, and explored all over the world. They bring a wealth of professional outdoor knowledge that is unmatched. Our consultants know where to go, in what season, how to keep you safe and enjoying your trip.

  • We specialize in crafting multi-sport adventures, with a bent towards great local food and accommodations at the end of the day. Whether you want to raft the Colorado River and sleep in a tent, or be a tad elevated in Jackson Hole, we can work with you to make it happen.

  • Adventure Concierge includes booking support for select lodging or experiences, while Full-Service Adventure Concierge covers complete trip management.
