Who is this for?
Our retreats are built around the Ethos of dropping into a natural setting to deepen connection with others and oneself. We believe the best ideas come from spending time outside in nature—both in a relaxed state and in high-adventure settings. Our retreats are for the businesses and organizations who share this mentality and want to see their team grow together in a genuine way by stretching their comfort zone in the wilderness.
What fees do you charge?
We charge a consulting and planning fee. This flat fee covers custom itinerary design, vendor management, research, planning, and booking experiences for your account. This fee starts at $750-$1000 and scales based upon the complexity and group size. This fee is required up front and is non-refundable.
When do we pay for our activities and hotels?
Once we agree to work together and match you with one of our consultants, your consultant will coach as to the timeline of relevant hotel and adventure booking costs.
Can you work with our budget?
Absolutely. We’ll start with a discovery session to understand your goals, then build options that align with your team’s size, travel preferences, and financial comfort zone.
Where can Outdoor Maven’s take our team?
We are a Salt Lake City based business. Some common retreat areas folks tend to choose when they partner with us are: Park City, Moab, Jackson Hole, Capitol Reef, Southwest Utah (Saint George), Red Rocks Nevada, Joshua Tree, and Southern Idaho. With enough leed time, we can usually make your destination a reality.
