Single-day trips cancelled more than 30 days from their departure dates are eligible for a cash refund minus a cancellation fee (which is equivalent to 5% of the full trip cost) or you can opt to take a full credit for use at a future date. Cancellations within 30 days are eligible for a cash refund minus a cancellation fee (which is equivalent to 20% of the full trip cost) or you can opt to take a full credit for use at a future date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols
Keeping folks safe is our top priority. Participants exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, who receive a positive test result, or who have had direct exposure to a positive case within 10 days of a trip’s departure will be asked to postpone their booking to a later date (additional fees may apply but we’ll work with you to find the most fair solution).

Please note that Good Trip Adventures and Outdoor Mavens is not responsible for the cost of any flight changes or additional travel expenses if a participant is requested to change trip dates for safety reasons. We highly encourage you to research and adhere to any travel restrictions or requirements put in place by local authorities before your trip.
