  • All adventure concierge packages require a $250 non-refundable deposit

    In the event of client cancellation, Outdoor Mavens will retain deposit

  • The $395 cost is our consulting fee. This includes the service amenities listed above and seven days of content. This does not include the actual cost of booked adventures.

    Trips longer than seven days will incur additional planning fees.

  • Peace of mind follows with a well planned adventure on the books. We suggest reaching out to OM early rather than later. 6-8 months prior to your trip is a great window to ensure affordable tour pricing and top date selection.

They bring a wealth of professional outdoor knowledge that is unmatched. Our consultants know where to go, in what season, how to keep you safe and enjoying your trip.

  • We specialize in crafting multi-sport adventures, with a bent towards great local food and accommodations at the end of the day. Whether you want to raft the Colorado River and sleep in a tent, or be a tad elevated in Jackson Hole, we can work with you to make it happen.
